About the work

The artist builds on tradition, working with natural materials and natural motifs alongside plastic and metal in acid colour, and joining the two. Put simply: we live in a world where the continued relevance of tradition and of the natural drives progress in contemporary materials. The connection to nature and to tradition fills these works with energy and gives the strength to realise them. Bright colour set against geometric form produces a graphic minimalism that balances an interior, or any other space.
